WHAT A CUSTODIAN ATTORNEY MEANS UNDER TEXAS BAR STANDARDS

Under Part XIII of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, attorneys are permitted to voluntarily designate a qualified Texas attorney to serve as a custodian attorney.
