This is a forty-five (45) minute paid consultation conducted via Zoom or by phone. The consultation fee is three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) and is non-refundable. Your consultation payment amount can be applied to your retainer or the cost of your legal services if you hire FOREVER LEGAL by signing a Representation Letter within sixty (60) days from the date of your scheduled consultation.
Consultations must be scheduled using the link provided below. Same-day appointments will be automatically canceled. A completed Intake Form must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your scheduled consultation. If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled.

Frequently asked questions
Should you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us via email or text at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel your consultation at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee. Consultations are non-refundable, and you must reschedule within 30-days of cancellation to ensure your consultation is maintained. Failure to reschedule within this 30-day timeframe will require you to schedule a new consultation and will incur an additional $350 consultation fee.
Once your consultation is complete, we will send you an email outlining the next steps, including an Attorney-Client Retainer Agreement and Engagement Letter, and any forms you’ll need if you decide to move forward with FOREVER LEGAL for legal representation.
